WIP - The Little Mermaid

Found this amazingly beautiful lineart by Zephyri that you can find here.

It's not done... as there is still tons of work to do with the tail/fins/dress/backgrounds.

Not sure if I like the sliver frame around her mermaid form... might switch it to gold like the other side. But it's coming along! Not terrible with me still working with nothing but a laser mouse.

Nearly done. Just have lots of work left to do on the dress, as well as final tweaks and adjustments. Decided to go for an animated WIP so that you can see how I've adjusted as I went. (DA wouldn't let me just replace the last one)
